The Gateway Vincentian Volunteers program is a yearlong service ministry (August through June) for young adults. Volunteers live in community in the city of St. Louis and work with the poor in organizations with a specific Vincentian connection—working with a Vincentian priest or brother, a Daughter of Charity, or another person grounded in the spirit of St. Vincent DePaul.

A unique aspect of the Gateway Vincentian Volunteers program is that volunteers live not only in community with one another but also with Vincentian priests and brothers, who occupy the same apartment building.
