Give One Year to change Lives, Starting with Your Own!

This may be the time for you to live in service to the poor as a Gateway
Vincentian Volunteer.
The mission of the Gateway Vincentian Volunteers program is to provide
young adults with an experience of living in community and working with
the poor in the spirit of St. Vincent DePaul, whose life's work was dedicated
to serving the poor and needy. It is our goal that by living in the spirit
of Vincent, these young adults will develop a consuming commitment to
improving the lives of the poor and marginalized in our society.

The Gateway Vincentian Volunteers program is a Catholic Volunteer Network/AmeriCorps Education Award program. For more information visit http://www.catholicvolunteernetwork.org and http://www.americorps.gov.
As a program that offers the AmeriCorps
Education Award, we may not require members to be of any faith or religion,
or to participate in inherently religious activities. If an individual
chooses to participate in religious activities separately from the AmeriCorps
Education Awards Program (AEAP), any such time is not counted towards
completing an AmeriCorps term of service. Any participation in religious
activity is voluntary.
